Membership fee is for the period 01 January 2026 – 31 December 2026 irrespective of the date of joining.

Each Institutional Member shall be entitled to appoint one representative and one alternative representative, who will also serve as the member’s proxy. The names of these representatives must be provided when completing the online application. No appointment shall be effective until it has been approved in writing by the IEASA Executive Committee.

The appointed representative of the institution shall be entitled to attend, speak, and vote at any meeting of the Association that is open to individual members. Both the representative and the alternative representative (proxy) will receive all notices and circulars sent to individual members.

In addition, the institutional membership fee includes membership for one additional university staff member, whose details should also be captured below (the individual membership fee will be waived for this person.
